Flow actions overview
Packwork ships triggers and actions for Shopify Flow so you can automate fulfillment workflows that span Shopify and Fulfil.
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Place shipment on hold | Holds a Fulfil shipment so it isn’t picked or shipped |
| Release shipment from hold | Releases a previously held shipment |
| Sync shipping address | Pushes a Shopify address change into Fulfil |
| Update shipping preferences | Changes carrier or service level on a Fulfil shipment |
