Shipment holds
Stop fulfillment on risky orders before they're picked. Release them automatically once payment captures or a manual review passes.
A hold stops a Fulfil shipment from being picked or shipped until it's released, by hand or from a Shopify Flow. Placing one takes a required note and an optional Fulfil hold reason, so a held shipment reports the same way in Shopify and Fulfil.
