Hold high-risk orders

Trigger: Order created Condition: order.riskLevel == HIGH Action: Place shipment on hold (note: “High risk order, flagged by Shopify”; hold reason: “Fraud check”)

Leave the hold reason blank if you don’t keep a matching one in Fulfil — the note alone is enough to hold the shipment.

Release once payment captures

Trigger: Payment captured Action: Release shipment from hold

Keep Fulfil addresses in sync

Trigger: Order updated Condition: Shipping address changed Action: Sync shipping address
