Shipment data

For every shipment attached to an order, Packwork surfaces:

Shipment number and Fulfil link
Picking status (waiting, in progress, packed, shipped)
On-hold status, with the hold reason when one is set
Assigned picker
Carrier and service level
Tracking number when available
