Update gift message

Sets the gift message on the Fulfil sales order of a Shopify order.

Inputs

  • Order (required): the Shopify order. Flow fills this in when the workflow starts from an order trigger.
  • Gift message (required): the message to store on the sales order.

How it works

Packwork finds the Fulfil sales order that belongs to the Shopify order. If Fulfil hasn’t created it yet, the action tells Flow to try again a little later.

Typical use

Copy a gift note the customer left at checkout, for example from an order attribute, into Fulfil, so the warehouse has it when it packs the order.
