List drop shipments
Lets Sidekick read the drop shipments in Fulfil for one Shopify order. A drop shipment is shipped by a supplier straight to your customer, so it never passes through your warehouse and won’t show up as a customer shipment.
Without this tool, an order with a drop-shipped item looks half shipped. With it, Sidekick can tell you the rest is on its way from the supplier.

What Sidekick sees
For each drop shipment on the order:

| Planned date | The date the supplier plans to ship |
| Carrier and service | The carrier and service level it ships with |
| Items | Each item’s name, SKU, quantity and status |
| Link | Opens the drop shipment in Fulfil |
How Sidekick uses it
Sidekick looks up the order in Shopify first and passes its ID to the tool. It checks drop shipments when you ask about suppliers, or when the order may include items a supplier ships. If the order has no drop shipments in Fulfil, the tool returns an empty list.
