List customer shipments
Lets Sidekick read the customer shipments in Fulfil for one Shopify order. A customer shipment sends (part of) an order from your warehouse to the customer. An order can have several, for example after a split.
This is the tool Sidekick reaches for most. Whether an order has shipped, when it will ship and why it’s stuck all come from here.

What Sidekick sees
For each customer shipment on the order:

| Items | Each item’s name, SKU, quantity and status |
| Link | Opens the shipment in Fulfil |
Statuses
A customer shipment moves through these statuses in Fulfil:
DRAFT → WAITING → ASSIGNED (stock reserved) → PACKED → DONE (shipped)
A cancelled shipment is CANCEL. Sidekick usually translates these into plain language, so “Has #1002 shipped?” gets you “Not yet, it’s packed and planned to ship tomorrow” rather than a status code.
How Sidekick uses it
Sidekick looks up the order in Shopify first and passes its ID to the tool. If Fulfil has no customer shipments for the order yet, the tool returns an empty list and Sidekick tells you so. That’s normal for an order Fulfil hasn’t processed.
When a shipment is on hold, Sidekick includes the hold reason in its answer. To release it, use the Release shipment from hold Flow action or do it in Fulfil.
