Release shipment from hold

Releases a Fulfil shipment that’s currently on hold so it returns to the picking queue.

Inputs

  • Customer shipment ID (required) — the Fulfil customer shipment to release. Map this from the order data in your Flow; it identifies which shipment the action targets.
  • Note (required) — free-text reason written back to Fulfil for the audit log when the hold is lifted.

Typical use

Pair with a payment-captured trigger or a manual review-passed event to release on auto-pilot.
