Ask Sidekick how an order ships

Ask Sidekick whether #1002 has shipped, why it's on hold, or what's still expected back from a return. Packwork lets it read the order's shipments, returns, and drop shipments in Fulfil, so it answers instead of telling you it doesn't know.

What you can ask

• Has #1002 shipped yet, and with which carrier?
• Why is #1002 on hold?
• Which items of #1002 are in which shipment?
• Have we received the return for #1002?
• Is anything in #1002 shipped by a supplier?

Sidekick also gets each shipment's link in Fulfil, so you can ask for it and jump straight there.

Sidekick only reads. Holding, releasing, or splitting a shipment still happens through theFlow actions.
